STEP 1.                       ATTEND AN INTRODUCTORY SESSION
The first step in learning the Creighton Model FertilityCare™System is to attend an Introductory Session. The Introductory Session is a presentation that acquaints you with the System, introduces its scientific foundations, and provides basic information on charting.  It is not the actual teaching of the System, which will be accomplished during the follow up sessions.

STEP 2. GET MATERIALS, SCHEDULE 1ST AND 2ND FOLLOW UPS, BEGIN CHARTING

If you desire to begin charting right after the Introductory Session, register for both the Intro Session and the Bundle of supplies/enrollment fee/1st 2 FU sessions at the same time. The 1st follow up is to be scheduled 2 weeks after the Introductory Session. We will discuss the scheduling of the 2nd follow up.

STEP 3.                                 ATTEND FOLLOW UP SESSIONS
It is during the Follow-up Sessions that the majority of instruction in the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System takes place and is tailored to your particular needs. Clients should attend eight Follow-up Sessions over the course of the first year of using the System (more may be necessary depending on your reproductive category) to allow for close supervision in  learning to chart the  biomarkers. After the first four sessions, followups are less frequent. Once the 1st year of education is complete, a woman/couple should meet with their practitioner every 6-12 months to obtain supplies, review their charts, and ask questions that may arise while utilizing the System.
